Yes. Use 1000cc of boiled water on 120g of milk powder (low fat as well). Wait until the temperature drops below 45 ℃, then you can add the yogurt starter. While the fermentation takes place, the apparatus used should be washed with hot water of more than 80 degree to avoid possibility of infection. It is strongly recommended that an original carton of milk should be used if possible.
